Creative AI Ads, operated by Creativeaiads LLC, produces custom digital creative work. Because every creative is made specifically for your brand and takes time to produce, our refund policy is built around revisions first. This policy applies to per-project and monthly retainer work unless your written proposal says otherwise.

Revisions

• Each creative includes up to two rounds of revisions at no extra cost, unless your proposal states a different number.
• Please send revision requests within 7 days of delivery, in one consolidated list per round.
• Revisions cover changes within the agreed brief, such as edits to script lines, text, pacing, music, scenes or colours. A new concept, angle or change of brief is new work and is quoted separately.
• If you do not request revisions within 7 days, the creative is treated as approved.

When refunds apply

• Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work on your project, you receive a full refund.
• If we cannot deliver: if we are unable to deliver the agreed work, you receive a refund for the creatives not delivered.
• Work in progress: if you cancel after work has started, you pay for work completed so far and are refunded the unused balance.
• Retainers: you can cancel a monthly retainer at any time before the next billing date. The current month is not refunded once work for it has started, but unused paid volume can be used before the month ends.

When refunds do not apply

• Creatives that have been delivered and approved, or treated as approved after 7 days.
• Ad performance, results or platform approval decisions, which we do not guarantee.
• Delays caused by late materials, feedback or approvals from you.
• Third-party costs already spent on your project at your request, such as paid stock assets, voice licences or tool credits.

How to request a refund

Email admin@creativeaiads.com with your name, company, invoice number and the reason for your request. We reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may take longer to show the credit.
